How much are the charms and bases?

Charms are £4 each, or any 3 for £10. Bases are £8 for a bracelet, £10 for a necklace, £3 for earrings and £4 for a bag chain.

Should I buy a ready-made bracelet or build my own?

A ready-made bracelet is finished and easy to gift. Build your own lets you pick every charm yourself.

How long does delivery take?

We usually post within 2 to 3 working days, normally with Royal Mail. Delivery is free on orders over £22. Under £22 it is £4.99.

How do I track my order?

Message us on TikTok or Instagram as soon as you can, and we will try to update your order before it ships.
