Do you have all 26 letters?

Yes, A to Z. If a letter is out of stock during a live, message us and we'll restock and let you know.

Can I order more than one letter?

Yes. Most people order 2 or 3 to spell a name, initials of a couple, or a child's full name.

What's the difference between an initial necklace and a letter charm?

An initial necklace has the letter fixed to the chain. A letter charm clips on so you can swap or add more letters later.

Are letter charms a good gift?

They're the most popular personalised gift we make. Pair with a birthstone for the recipient's birth month for an extra-personal touch.

How much does a letter charm bracelet cost?

Bracelets start from £3, charms are £4 each or 3 for £10. A name with 3 letters works out around £13.

How long does it take to make?

Pieces are hand-assembled and posted within 2 to 3 working days. UK delivery is 3 to 5 business days.

Do you ship outside the UK?
