How does build your own work?

Pick your base (bracelet, necklace, earrings or bag chain). Then choose 1 or 3 charms. Tell us which charms you want in the order notes at checkout. We hand-assemble and post it.

How much does a custom charm bracelet cost?

Bracelets start from £3 for the base, and charms are £4 each or 3 for £10. A typical 3-charm bracelet works out around £13.

Can I change my charms after ordering?

Message us on TikTok or Instagram quickly and we'll try to update your order before it ships. Once it's shipped we cannot change it.

How long does it take to make?

Pieces are hand-assembled and posted within 2 to 3 working days. UK delivery is 3 to 5 business days.

Can I add more charms later?

Yes. Order extra charms any time. Each charm clips on so you can grow your bracelet over time.

Are these real silver and gold?

Our pieces are sometimes gold-plated and silver-plated finishes designed for everyday wear at an accessible price. We don't currently make solid gold or sterling silver options.

Do you ship outside the UK?

UK only for now. Free UK delivery over £30.
